Floating Condo Resort Complex

NU Flotilla Company has designed a floating condo complex for deep water. The design is shown in the image above. The detailed layout of the condos are shown in the images below. The condo units are designed to S. Florida building codes and will include roll down shutters and raised doors with added weather seals. The construction quality obtained for our condo complex to thrive in the tropical climate of New Utopia for many years was no easy feat of engineering. We worked hard to find the best materials and construction systems for this project. Now after many hundreds of man hours of work we are ready. The factory built units will be assembled near the factory here in Florida. We expect to sell all units before the barges are finished. The condos range in price from $75,000 USD to $85,000 USD.

The drawings detail the layout we envision, but the customer can modify the floor plan and change any part of the layout so that the design better suits your needs. The price is flexible if you want to provide more of your own furnishings for instance and can be a bit higher if your needs are for a more deluxe accommodation than we provide.

Upper Level Condo Unit

Total living space of this unit is 879 square feet. The design is one of utility for the modern person or couple. It is laid out with home office in mind with extensive use of space for home industry and entertaining. Comfort is number one in this design. The bedroom offers a King sized bed. Large amount of cabinet space is also provided to store all of your belongings even in rough seas. Louvered windows allow the breeze to flow through on days when the weather is fair. There are only 6 of these units being built and these upper level units with patio views of the Caribbean Sea will be most sought after.

Lower Level Condo Unit

Total living space of these units is 867 sq ft. While slightly smaller overall they offer large bay windows which are protected by shutters when the weather is rough. These units are still ample and designed to offer large spaces for work and entertaining. Comfort is excellent as well with a queen sized bed offered with a large dining and office area as well as ample living room and kitchen. As with the upper level units the layout can be redesigned as required by the owner. There is also room for more bed areas possible if required on either units. Cost was a factor in the layout design. We wanted to provide the greatest luxury and room for the price as possible. Satellite internet, and TV as well as IP phone will be available to all units.

The community center is detailed in the images below. The center will have lease space available for 10 server racks in all and the leases are for a minimum of 5 years. The community center will provide condo owners and visitors access to the high speed internet, and will provide showers, laundry, and dining services for owners and visitors.

The second floor shown below is accessed from stairs on the outer walkway.
