Floating Home Factory to be Built in Bocas-Del-Toro Panama

This is a rendering of the floating home factory that will itself float near the site of the first development we are contracting with. The development is called Cauchero Cove

The factory will produce homes using our revolutionary hybrid composite and organic high living efficiency building system.The factory itself is built using similar materials and methods as are used in our floating homes themselves. We expect to be in full operation in the late spring of 2008 and will first use the factory to supply homes for the Cauchero Cove development in Bocas-Del-Toro Panama and then the factory can be moved by push boat to other locations as contracts are arranged to purchase the factories output. We estimate that this small factory can produce up to 3 completed home shells per week. During bad weather the factory can finish out the homes under cover but this will reduce the output of the factory to about 1 finished out home per week.

The beauty of this system is that in the often rainy weather of Panama the work never has to stop and since we are making floating homes from a floating factory we can move to where the projects are and never have to ship the floating homes over long distances where they might be damaged in transit. The factory will be serviced by barges, push boats, and tenders for bringing workers and supplies to and from the factory. Panama is very much a water based economy so this floating factory is a perfect fit for rapid output of affordable floating homes starting in the Bocas-Del-Toro region.

We also plan to produce a number of other water living and recreation products for the Panama market that will include this floating party barge with solar hot tub.
